What is the cost for my web site?
- There is a $99 non refundable deposit that covers setup and your domain name for one year. Along with that is the account specific monthly rental fee.
Are there any conditions to my lease?
- We require that your Credit Card information is on file with us so your card may be charged each month. If your card is denied we will notify you and you will then have 7 working days to remedy the situation. If the situation has not been remedied within the 7 day grace period the entire remaining amount of the years lease will be due in full and your web site will be deactivated, and you hereby give us permission to charge your credit card on file the remaining balance due us. If after payment is made you wish to have your site reactivated there will be a $25 re-activation fee.
How long is my lease?
- Your initial lease is 1 year. That is to say, you are financially liable for the entire years payments . After the 1 year term you are on a month to month lease.
How do I get a domain name?
- You select the name you wish to have and we will check to see if it is available. If it is not we will send you a list of suggestions and you can pick from those. After your selection we will purchase it for 1 year and then configure it to work with your web site. We will alert you when it is time to renew your name.
What is the cost of a domain for the second year?
- We will contact you when it is time to renew. The cost to renew is $20 per year. If you wish to renew for a longer period 3 to 5 years we can generally give you a better deal.
Can I hold the domain name?
- No, we require it to be in our account, first of all for security, it is also easier for us to configure it. Lastly, random groupings of domain names are checked periodically and this allows us to respond quickly.
I have a domain name already, what do I do?
- We require that you transfer it to our account at GoDaddy.com. There is no additional fee for the transfer
What if I pick a site but I want to change a few things?
- We have a minimum charge for changes of 1 hour which is $65. Most minor changes can be done within an hour. Submit your list of changes and we will let you know the charge for them.
